akistan Administrative Service Alumni Research Center (PASARC) is an independent not-for-profit research, out-reach and capacity building organization for public and non-profit sectors, registered under the Societies Act. It is currently also under the process of registration under section 42 with the SECP.

PASARC’s foundation stone was laid by the then Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on June 30, 2011, with an amount of Rs. 1 million earmarked towards its speedy launch. The event was telecast live by PTV. 

Its head office is located within the premises of the PAS Campus of Civil Services Academy (CSA), Upper Mall, Lahore.
